Cancellation Conditions

1. Cancellation Conditions by the Client

  1. Cancellation Request
    Any cancellation request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date, in writing (email), and sent to Vaqueros Rando. The request must include the necessary information to identify the booking: name, booking number, and concerned date.
  2. Refund and Credit Note
    According to the general terms and conditions of sale of Vaqueros Rando, no refund is provided in case of cancellation by the client. However, in specific cases provided for in the GTC, a credit note may be issued. This credit note is neither systematic nor guaranteed and remains at the discretion of Vaqueros Rando. It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  3. Cancellation Period
    Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email) and communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. If this request is made within the required time frame and deemed admissible, a credit note may be considered, without guarantee. Beyond this period, no credit note will be issued, and the service will be fully charged.
  4. No-show
    In case of no-show by the client at the agreed place and time, the service will be considered cancelled by the client and fully charged. No refund, credit note, or date postponement will be offered. In case of repeated no-shows, Vaqueros Rando reserves the right to refuse any new booking from the client, or even to permanently exclude them from its services.
  5. Special Conditions for Promotional Offers and Gift Vouchers
    Credit notes do not apply to promotional offers or gift vouchers. The specific conditions mentioned in the offers must be respected, and no compensation will be issued in case of non-use within the allotted time.
  6. Non-transferability of the Credit Note
    Any credit note issued following a cancellation is nominative and non-transferable to another person without prior written agreement from Vaqueros Rando. This credit note is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and must be used within this time. If the credit note is not used within this period, it will be considered expired and permanently lost.
  7. Booking Modifications
    Any request for modification (date, time slot, number of participants) must be sent at least 48 hours before the service. Modifications are only possible subject to availability and may incur fees. Last-minute modifications (less than 48 hours before the service) will only be accepted in duly justified cases of force majeure.

 

2. Cancellation by Vaqueros Rando

  1. Cancellation due to Force Majeure
    Vaqueros Rando may be required to cancel a service for reasons of force majeure (e.g., bad weather, incidents, pandemics, riots, government restrictions) or if the minimum number of participants required for the service is not reached. In such a case, Vaqueros Rando will offer the client either a postponement of the service to a later date or a service of equivalent value, depending on availability and the client's preferences.
  2. Alternative or Credit Note in Case of Cancellation
    In the absence of a postponement solution or alternative service, a credit note equivalent to the amount of the initial service may be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. However, this credit note is not automatic and remains at the discretion of Vaqueros Rando. Cancellations related to gift vouchers or promotional offers are treated in accordance with the specific conditions of these offers and may not entitle the client to a credit note.
  3. Service Modifications
    For safety reasons, unfavorable weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, Vaqueros Rando reserves the right to modify the content, itinerary, or course of a service. The client will be informed as soon as possible of these changes. If these modifications are deemed substantial, a postponement of the service or a credit note may be proposed to the client. However, this compensation is not systematic and is granted at the discretion of Vaqueros Rando.
  4. Exclusion of Liability in Case of Cancellation or Modification
    Vaqueros Rando cannot be held responsible for indirect costs or damages suffered by the client in the event of cancellation or modification of a service for reasons beyond its control. Any cancellation or modification is made in the interest of the safety and comfort of participants, and the options of postponement, credit note, or modification aim to minimize the impact for the client while taking into account the constraints imposed by the situation.
