ARTICLE 1 – CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Any service cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded for any reason. If you do not show up at the meeting point, the service will not be refunded.
1.1 – WITHDRAWAL
If a person in a group withdraws less than 24 hours before the service, the service will still be invoiced for the person who withdraws.
It is up to you to be reimbursed by this person.
1.2 – WEATHER
Only the guide of Vaqueros Rando provided for the supervision of the service can cancel a service in case of bad weather conditions (rain, rainstorm, cyclone etc ...).
If you wish to cancel the service due to bad weather conditions it is the guide of Vaqueros Rando will judge if the weather conditions do not allow to perform the service, if the weather conditions are considered bad to perform the service, 50% will be refunded.
1.3 – CANCELLATION FEES
If the service is cancelled more than 48 hours before the service, 60% of the total price of the service will be invoiced.
If the service is cancelled more than 7 days before the service, 40% of the total price of the service will be invoiced.
If the service is cancelled more than 14 days before the service, 20% of the total price of the service will be invoiced.
If the service is cancelled more than one month of the service 10% of the total price of the service will be invoiced.
1.4 – CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT
In case of transfer of the Registration File to a third party, the customer is required to inform Vaqueros rando no later than 7 days before departure by any means allowing to obtain an acknowledgment of receipt.
1.5 – CHANGES BEFORE DEPARTURE
Any change of service or dates must be notified no later than 30 days before the departure date by any means allowing to obtain an acknowledgment of receipt. Any modification request sent less than 30 days before the departure date is considered a cancellation and entails the application of the cancellation conditions of paragraph 1.3. The renunciation of one of the services included in a service can not be reimbursed.
1.6 – MODIFICATIONS DURING THE SERVICE
Any program modification made at the request of the participant can only be implemented after agreement of the guide and the whole group. In this case, the additional costs incurred are borne by the participant.
1.7 – INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE
Any service interrupted by decision of the participant (for reasons of health, level, or other) does not entitle Vaqueros Rando to any refund of unused services. Additional costs incurred by the participant as a result will not be reimbursed. Following medical repatriation by the participant's assistance, unused services cannot be refunded.
1.8 – NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION
Any notification of cancellation must be made by any means capable of obtaining an acknowledgement of receipt.
ARTICLE 2 – CANCELLATION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER
2.1 – INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Lack of sufficient participants. When the minimum number of 1 participants is not reached, the service can be cancelled no later than 6 hours before departure. In this case, the customer is informed by e-mail or telephone. The customer then has the choice between the full refund of the sums paid or the deferral up to the sums paid on another service of his choice. He is not entitled to any compensatory indemnity.
2.2 – CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure (unforeseeable and insurmountable incidents or events such as: wars, political unrest, strikes, riots, weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.).
Only the Vaqueros Rando guide provided for the supervision of the service can cancel the service for meteorological reasons related to the safety of participants and elements of a meteorological nature. Under no circumstances may the participant request a postponement or cancel his/her participation without the cancellation fees in paragraph 1.3 applying.
2.3 – WEATHER
Due to adverse weather conditions (rain, rainstorm, cyclone etc ...) . In this case, the customer is informed as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. The customer then has the choice between reimbursement or deferral up to the amounts paid on another service of his choice. He is then not entitled to any compensatory indemnity.
2.4 – CHANGES BEFORE DEPARTURE
Before departure, an itinerary, a program, a place of embarkation may be modified for meteorological reasons. These details are stipulated in the registration files, on the website and on the online booking platform. The guide in charge of the service can redefine a route at any time, so that it is as sheltered as possible from the weather conditions according to the level of the participants. The participant will not be able to cancel without losing the full price of the service.
2.5 – MODIFICATIONS DURING THE SERVICE
For safety reasons or for organizational reasons related in particular to current weather conditions or group level, the program and itineraries may be subject to change. In these cases, only the guide is authorized to make the necessary decision(s) without notice. Vaqueros Rando may then be required to take charge of the additional services induced or to reimburse, except in cases of force majeure, the difference in price between the services provided and those provided.
2.6 – INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE
Any service may also be interrupted by decision of the guide for duly justified reasons (safety, insufficient level, weather). In this case, unless the interruption is due to force majeure, Vaqueros Rando will refund the difference in price between the services provided and those provided.
